BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-79-1497 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDI77ISION MAP NO. 5-79-10 OF JOHN <br /> SOLARI (c/o WONG ENGINEERS) , FOR A FIVE LOT RESIDENTIAL SUB- <br /> DIVISION, ON THE EAST SIDE OF FINE ROAD, 530 ' NORTH OF THE <br /> SOUTHERN PACIP•IC RAILROAD TRACKS, PETERS, COUNTY OF' SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on June 21, 1979, the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution No. <br /> PC-79-120, did approve, subject to conditions, Subdivision Map <br /> No. 5-79-10 of JOHN SOLARI (cJo .Wong Engineers) , for a five lot <br /> residential subdivision, on the east side of Fine Road, 530 ' <br /> north of the Southern Pacific Railroad Tracks, Peters, County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 3, 1979, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of AUGUST 2, 1979, at the hour of 2:15 p.m. for <br /> a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board of <br /> Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice <br /> of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been receivea in favor of or opposed <br /> to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on <br /> the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. 5-79-10 of JOHN SOLARI be, and it hereby <br /> is, conditionally approved as follows: <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the requirements <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Continental Telephone Company, <br /> and all other public utilities. <br /> 3. Utilities shall be underground as required by Section <br /> 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended. <br /> 4.
