5 . Drainage shall conform to Section 9-1764 of Ordinance <br /> 2634, as amended. Drainage shall be conveyed to individual <br /> storm ponds on each lot. <br /> 6. Minimum lot area shall be 1' acres. <br /> 7. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, the <br /> developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as prescribed <br /> in Section 9-1850 of Ordinance No. 2634, as amended. <br /> 8. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed by Section <br /> 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 9. Full street improvements, in compliance with the <br /> standards and requirements of the San Joaquin County Department <br /> of Public Works, shall be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> Third Street shall be improved east of Fine Road. <br /> 10. A revised map showing the revisions noted in the staff <br /> report shall be submitted prior to submission of the final map. <br /> 11.
