S-73-2 OF <br /> AND ROBERT BAUMBACH FOR A 5 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, <br /> O V VICTOR COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, on March 15, 1973, the Planning Commission of AtZ <br /> `P= 'the County of San Joaquin did conditionally approve Tentative <br /> Subdivision Map No. S-73-2 of DONALD AND ROBERT BAUMBACK for <br /> a 5 lot residential subdivision, located on the west side of <br /> Tretheway Ro-)d, 1440' to 1625 ' south of Highway 12, east of <br /> Victor, County of San Joaquin, State of California, and referred <br /> said matter to the Board of Supervisors; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 20, 1973, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of April 5, 1973, at the hour of 1:30 p.m, for <br /> a public hearing `on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board of <br /> Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice <br /> of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of and opposed <br /> to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on <br /> the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors <br /> does hereby approve Tentative Subdivision Map No, S-73-2 of <br /> DONALD AND ROBERT BAUMBACK, subject to the following conditions : <br /> 1) All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin; <br /> 2) Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E., <br /> P.T.&T. , and all other public utilities. The pro- <br /> visions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, <br /> shall apply; <br /> 3) Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br /> of the Final Subdivision Map.
