June 16, 1998 <br /> Delta Funding Ltd., PTP <br /> c/o Cal State Home Loans/M. Rabena <br /> P.O. Box 7636 <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> Re: Disposal of Solid Waste at 23023 S. Santa Fe Road(APN#249-060-14) <br /> On 6/3/98,representatives from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, <br /> San Joaquin County Code Enforcement, and the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board preformed an inspection of the above referenced property. The <br /> results of that inspection revealed that solid wastes have been and are currently being <br /> disposed of at this site. This is a violation of the Public Resources Code (PRC) Sections <br /> 45000 45005 and 45011, California Code of Regulations, (CCR) Title 27, Sections <br /> 20680, 20810, 20870, San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 2887, Section 5-2400, 5-2401 <br /> 5-2500, and any and all federal, state or local ordinances that may apply to the storage <br /> and/or removal of said wastes. <br /> Cease and desist any further unauthorized disposal of solid wastes on said property. <br /> Remove all unauthorized solid wastes from said property and transport to a permitted <br /> disposal site or recycling facility, within 30 days of the receipt of this letter. <br /> If you have any questions please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. RENS, at (209)468-0343 of my <br /> staff. <br /> Karen Furst,M.
