Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lacking soap at the back room hand sink, currently dawn detergent was being used. Provide soap <br />dispenser at this hand sink today. <br />The wall mounted paper towel dispenser at the back room hand sink was not dispensing paper towels. Repair today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 3 comp sink was being used for storage during the inspection, per employee the prep sink is used to <br />was utensils. Provided warewash sticker to employee and went over proper warewashing procedure using 3 comp sink with <br />employee. Remove items from 3 comp sink and use 3 comp sink for all warewashing. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
