Keep handwashing facilities accessible for handwashing at <br /> all times. Correct immediately. <br /> The paper towel dispenser for the back room hand sink was not working. Provide working paper towel dispenser today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
