The permit scmh was conducted front the files of <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Ite alth Division for 10948 S_ ,Airiva Vvay; Manteca, <br />04ifbmia. The record search located two (2) permits. GROUND WATER <br />r <br />One onsite domestic water well exists on the property and is shown on Plate No. 1, The <br />well supplics ureter to the house and was utilized to collect two (Z) mound -water samples. The <br />r ground -water depth -for the site was estimated by using the San Joaquin County Flood <br />Control and Water ConseavatiO District ground -water depth and elevation maps.' <br />1The first water -sample was obtained from-thc domestic well to -detect the_presence of <br />dibrnmochloropmpane (08C:P) and Nitrate (.NO,) on June 7, 2002.. All the samples were <br />submitted to Precision E.nviro-Tech, Stockton by Rollin Hall, an employee of Neil U. Anderson <br />& Associates, Inc. The result of the lune 7, 2002 analysis was that DACl' was non -detectible <br />(NU) and nitrate wa'� t'e�urid at 1' 0 rnl, . 'Ibe maximum cttnteuninate limit for nitrate as <br />NO, is 45 mgll:..
