This was corrected on <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br /> available to the food handler. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br /> and high temperature warewashing machines. (114157, 114159) <br /> #52 Ice build up on tank/cylinder <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Ice accumulation was observed at the top of the carbon dioxide tank. Per Laura Valladolid (Manager)it <br /> happens when the soda syrup boxes are empty. Ice formation is an indication of a possible leak in the system. Contact <br /> your carbon dioxide provider to verify the system is not leaking immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:A release or threatened release of a hazardous material shall be verbally reported immediately to the EHD <br /> and CalOES.
