OBSERVATION: One 55 gallon drum of waste gasoline and two 30 gallon containers of gasoline were found <br /> during inspection. The updated information has not been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a class II violation. <br /> .................................................................................................................................... <br /> 2.
