The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Adjacent streets. <br /> 4. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 5. Access and exit points for structures and gates. <br /> 6. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). <br /> 7. Evacuation staging area. <br /> 8. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 9. The locations of acetone, paint thinner, carbon dioxide, argon, compressed oxygen, paint, and acetylene. <br /> 10.
