Mr. Fontes had also notified CalOES (Report # 22-0532). <br />Per Mr. Fontes, Waste Management staff responded to the scene on the same <br />day and cleaned up the release using absorbent. Approximately 1/4 of a 55 gallon <br />drum of used absorbent was filled and taken back to the shop at 1333 E Turner <br />Rd, Lodi, PR0522742, to be disposed of as hazardous waste. No storm drains or <br />waterways were impacted by the release. Asked Mr. Fontes to submit photos of <br />the final cleanup. He said he would send them on 1/27/2022. <br />01/27/2022 Called Henry Fontes and asked him to send me photos. Mr. Fontes sent the ALANIZ <br />photos and I confirmed final cleanup of the release. <br />02/02/2022 Wrote the following official inspection report: ALANIZ <br />Henry Fontes, Waste Management Route Manager, notified the EHD on <br />1/26/2022 that approximately 2 quarts of hydraulic oil released onto asphalt from a <br />lose hose.
