SC 007 <br /> Contacted Derek Early of YRC Freight at 800-229-5252 ext 1. Derek Early <br /> confirmed that an approximately 1 gallon of LIN #1993 Flammable Liquid <br /> (Kerosene)was release from the pressure release valve of a 275 gallon metal <br /> tote. <br /> Per Derek: <br /> the initial release was discovered by Isaac Mackey on the trailer at their dock. The <br /> release impacted the trailer floor. Ancon completed the clean up. <br /> No waterway was impacted. No evacuation, no exposure, and no storm drain <br /> impacted. <br /> Contacted Roger of Ancon, 916-955-1062, confirmed clean up was completed. <br /> Per Roger, tote was already off the trailer and was relocated next to dock door <br /> #85. Trailer was no longer present when they had arrived. Per Roger, YRC <br /> completed the clean up of the trailer. Received photos from Roger. Called and <br /> notified him that the clean up was inadequate. Per Roger the clean up crew was <br /> no longer on site but will be returning to complete the clean up. Per Roger, the <br /> waste generated was place into a 30 gallon drum and is pending profiling at the <br /> YRC facility. <br /> Contacted Derek Early to do a follow up of the trailer. Per Derek, the trailer was <br /> cleaned but are unable to provide photos. Per Derek, he is unable to track the <br /> trailer and all waste generated from the clean up the trailer was placed into one 30 <br /> gallon drum. Informed him that clean up of the tote is inadequate. There are stains <br /> still observed on the metal tote and on the cardboard in the provided photos. <br /> Contacted Tyler of YRC. Confirmed Ancon to arrive approximately before 5:00 <br /> PM. <br /> NOTE: Left a note on the PR0505918. <br /> 10/20/2021 Reviewed Compliant report and entered missing information.
