There were SUSZYCKI <br />no permits for new construction. I also used Envision and laserfische and I did not <br />see any septic permits for either address. <br />11/22/2021 Used the complaint to train Gabby Garcia on septic complaints and permits. SUSZYCKI <br />11/23/2021 Visited the property (3606 Wilmarth is the correct address) and spoke with the <br />owners. They recently aquired the home and are remodeling it. They said that they <br />replaced the old septic tank because it had failed. The owners are primarily <br />Spanish speakers and spoke to me with the help of their son. I told them that <br />would need to come in and get a permit for the septic repair. I also told them that <br />they might also hear from Code Enforcement as they have a complaint for the <br />work done on the property as well. The owners were very coopelative and gave <br />me their numbe iid the number of their son-MiNwho can <br />translate if needed <br />Sent Marcel and Juanita at Code Enforcement an email letting them know what <br />was going on at the property and I gave them the owner's number. <br />Filled out a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate and turned it in for review. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />12/08/2021 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE DATED BALLWAHN <br />11/23/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />VLAVIANOS, RISTY & DOROTHY TR <br />3606 WILMARTH RD <br />STOCKTON CA 95215 <br />01/12/2022 Called and spoke to owner of property and explained that s septic permit had not RUVALCABA <br />been applied for as of yet. Discussed the requirements and fee for the septic tank <br />permit and gave office hours and location. IT was stated that a septic tank permit <br />would be applied for the next say 01/13/2022. Conversation was held in Spanish. <br />01/12/2022 Reviewed the complaint and did not find any permits taken out for the septic SUSZYCKI <br />repair. <br />Talked with Caesar and asked him to call the owners and explain that they need a <br />permit for the work they did on the septic system. <br />51 05. rpt <br /> Page 1 of 2
