Review parcel viewer, permits plus, <br />and laserfische. There is an open enforcement case EN-2100321; CS-2101794 <br />regarding building structures without permits. <br />The site plan for the building permit for the two sheds depict the garage/driveway <br />located to the south which is consistent parcel viewer. The original plot plan <br />90-2377 shows the garage and driveway on the north side of the parcel which is <br />not consistent with parcel viewer (mirror image). The septic permit 90-2377 <br />shows the septic system on the residence side of the structure, which is the north <br />side of the yard according to the parcel viewer. Furthermore, the leachlines and <br />pits are visible (evapotranspiration) on the aerial view on the north side of the <br />parcel, away from the two proposed sheds. In conclusion, based on this <br />information the septic system is located on the north side of the yard away from <br />the paved area and proposed two sheds that are located at the south side of the <br />yard and there is no encroachment to the septic system.
