Breakfast is served from 7:15-8:15 AM. Lunch is served from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM. <br />Facility receives food items from Gold Star and Stockton USD Warehouse. <br />Facility receives bread from Bimbo, milk from Crystal, and produce from Daylight and ProPacific. <br />Provide 1 in. minimum air gap between spaghetti kettle discharge hose and floor sink prior to using it again. <br />Sanitizer bucket - 200 ppm quat. <br />Quat test strips available. <br />The 2 dr Crescor warmer next to the 2 comp sink was turned off during the inspection. <br />Discussed report with Sherrill Fuller. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
