Between 5:30 and 8:30 experienced severe watery stool <br /> repeatedly;which contained blood.Admitted to hospital and was diagnosed with salmonella the next day. No one else in <br /> family became ill. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Follow up re inspection. <br /> Valid food manager certificates and food handler cards are provided. 2 D reach in cooler(cold hold unit)at the cooking area, <br /> and the food items held (diced tomatoes, salsa, shredded cheese)have temp at 41 F and below. <br /> Facility Starts adopting one of the approved cooling methods.
