Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />Attention: Jim Miller <br />The River Meadows Unit No. 2 subdivision improvement plans have been reviewed <br />with respect to separation of Storm Drains and Sanitary Sewers from water lines. <br />The water lines in some instances, cross over the storm drain and/or sewer with <br />less than 12 inches of separation, or in some cases are required to cross under <br />the storm drain and/or sewer. A note was added to page 5 which stipulated that <br />under these conditions the water would be AWWA C900 Class 200 pipe of an 18 or <br />20 ft. length (the greatest length available) centered at the crossing. <br />In addition, the Engineer needs to be made aware that any PVC pipe used for <br />the water system must meet the California Waterworks Standard so it must be <br />a class pipe per AWWA C-900 section. <br />I1!4 <br />Homer R.
