IT IS VERY UNSANITARY AND UNHEALTHY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Hand sink-- 116.00°F <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. No major violations observed. No re-inspection. <br /> Facility is not aware of the complaint. Employee was using gloves to assemble pizza at the time of the inspection. Per <br /> manager, staff wear gloves when touching food. Hand washing station was complete. Warm water at hand washing station <br /> observed at 116 F. Quat sanitizer available and sanitizing buckets with cloths set up at work stations.
