EHD is imposing administrative penalty on property owner/operator of the <br /> aforementioned parcel, in the amount of$ 190.575.00 consisting of a per day penalty of$ 50, 00 <br /> for 1,155 days plus 10% for aggravating circumstances for each violation. Payment is due within <br /> 30 days from the effective date of this Penalty Order and is payable by check, cashier's check, <br /> credit card, or money order. The check shall be made payable to: San Joaquin County, <br /> Environmental Health Department. Payment shall be mailed or delivered to 600 E. Main Street, <br /> Stockton, CA 95202.
