Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1115.7) <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of <br /> the pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #1 and designated remainder <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal system on parcel#1 and designated remainder <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Sermes 4( J0 <br />
