4 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> a. Ten-foot-wide public utility easements are to be dedicated <br /> along all street frontages. <br /> b. A five-foot-wide overhang easement is to be provided along <br /> the easterly boundary lines of Lots 6 and 7 on the final <br /> map. <br /> c . Leach fields are to be kept outside of the public utility <br /> easements . <br /> 5 . Planning Division: <br /> a. The Final Map shall provide Lots 4 and 5 with a minimum <br /> lot width of 100 feet , as measured at the 50-foot front <br /> yard point . <br /> b. Leach field sewage disposal areas shall not be shown on <br /> the final map. <br /> c . The future development of subdivision lots shall comply <br /> with the flood regulations of the Planning Title . <br /> d. Arrangements for the payment of in-lieu park fees must be <br /> approved by County Counsel prior to the filing of the <br /> final map. <br /> e . School development fees must be paid to the Lodi Unified <br /> School District prior to the issuance of a building permit <br /> on each subdivision lot . <br /> f .
