1) Submit the following: <br /> a) A letter from a California licensed well driller giving estimated cost <br /> for drilling and casing a well,cost of pressure pump and system and <br /> any required conditioning equipment;and depth at which water may <br /> be found. <br /> b) A letter from local health authority statittg'that individual wells will <br /> be permitted; the type of sewage disposal system permissible with <br /> wells on the size of lot proposed; and that the water is potable. <br /> 2) Is a geologist's report as to availability of underground water required by <br /> local authorities? ❑ Yes ❑ No ❑ NA <br /> If YES, submit report. Upon review of your file, the Department may <br /> require a geologist's report even if one is not required by local authorities. <br /> 3) Are there any special requirements or conditions imposed by local city/ <br /> county authorities for the installation of individual wells? ❑ Yes ❑ No ❑ NA <br /> If YES,submit a statement or notice from the local authority citing the <br /> special requirements or conditions. <br /> Note: Subdivider should check with the local authorities to determine if <br /> there is a requirement that a well must be installed on each lot at the <br /> subdivider's expense prior to closing the escrow or,alternatively,that <br /> a statement from the purchaser must be obtained waiving installation <br /> of the well as a condition of sale. <br /> 15.0 UTILITIES <br /> A.
