The 100-Year Flood Elevation has not <br /> been determined. <br /> Sowles Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed.
