Dedication to result in a 30 foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Kettleman Lane to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of Parcels 1, 2 & 3 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860 . 4) <br /> 5 . The frontage improvements for Kettleman Lane across the <br /> frontage of Parcels 1, 2 & 3 shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way rural collector road. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. The estimate and legal descriptions shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval.
