Curtis <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE #11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi, California 95240 <br /> Phone: ( 209) 368-4159 <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject: Percolation Tests (Parcel Map No. <br /> MS-88-14, Parcel "A" <br /> Submitted for your review is the result of tWo percola- <br /> tion testsperformed on the Robert Porreca property situate <br /> at the junction of Bethany Road with Naglee Road near Tracy, <br /> State of California, in San Joaquin County, and is a portion <br /> of Lot 29 of the "Naglee Burk Tract. <br /> The planned development proposed to separate out Parcel <br /> "A", 1.5 acres gross, 1.47 acres net, from a larger agricul- <br /> tural parcel. The test was performed in accordance with the <br /> percolation test procedures outlined in the "Manual of Septic <br /> Tank Practice", published by the U.S. Department of Health, <br /> Education and Welfare, and per requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Health District. <br /> Engineer's Certificate: <br /> On January 25 and 26, 1988, two percolation tests were <br /> performed on the above referenced property under my direction <br /> in conformance with San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549. The approx- <br /> imate location of the percolation holes are shown on the ac- <br /> companying Parcel Map. <br />
