The Planning Title <br /> also specifies that the rear yard setback shall be 15 feet. <br /> Both houses have attached garages that extend within 8 ' of <br /> the rear property line. <br /> ° The findings required for approval of the deviation can be <br /> made. <br /> ° The original map of Linden shows Lot 3 of Block. 4 being <br /> 60 ' x 150 ' . However, in 1976 the Linden County Water District <br /> was granted by deed a portion of Lot 2 and the property line <br /> was adjusted. The parcel map for the proposed subdivision <br /> will serve as the certificate of compliance. <br /> Recommendation <br /> • Approve Deviation Application No. DV-88-4 <br /> ° Approve Minor Subdivision No. MS-88-25 once the action on DV-88-4 <br /> is effective. <br /> WJS: jdh <br />
