CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-93-84 <br /> Christopher Machado <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Office. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The minimum parcel size shall be 10 acres. <br /> b. The minimum parcel width shall be 150 feet for Parcel 1 and 330 feet for designated <br /> remainder. <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Works, dated October 12, 1993. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Health, date September 23, 1993. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code,the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and <br /> hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or <br /> proceeding against the local agency or its agents,officers, or employees to attack, set aside,void, <br /> or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision,which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 <br /> of the Government Code. <br /> NOTE: On October 19, 1993, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> MS-93-84, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - MS-93-84 <br />
