The 87, 91, and diesel tank's overfill prevention is inaccurately reported in CERS as"audible/visual <br /> alarms". Per the Environmental Health Department's records,fill-tube shut-off valves were installed on 7/6/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 122 CCR 2712(f)Failure to implement corrections and submit written response within 30 days of receiving the report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on June 21, 2021 and an inspection report was issued identifying <br /> information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by <br /> 07/21/2021. This information was received late, on 07/29/2022. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include <br /> all of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 315 HSC 25290.1(e)Failure to maintain interstitial space to detect leaks before release to environment(post-Jul 2004). <br /> OBSERVATION: The 304 brine sensor located in the 7/8 under dispenser containment failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The interstitial space of the UST shall be maintained, as designed, under constant <br /> vacuum or pressure such that a breach in the primary or secondary containment is detected before the hazardous <br /> substance is released into the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced with a like for like sensor(304)and passed when retested during <br /> the inspection. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> FA0021617 PR0537549 SCO01 06/06/2022 <br /> EHD 23-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 4 of 5 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
