Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless otherwise covered by the label, law, regulation, other <br />permit conditions or environmental <br />conditions at the application site are: <br />a. Spray - 12 m.p.h. <br />b. Dust - 8 m.p.h. <br />c. Pellets, granular or baits -16 m.p.h. <br />2. No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the likelihood of contaminating any persons, non -target <br />crops, animals or other public or private property. <br />3. Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit, NO DUST FORMULATIONS are allowed. <br />4. Apply pesticides covered by SLN(s) and Section 18(s) in conformance with the SLN(s) and Section 18(s). <br />5.
