The <br /> drainage system shall meet the requirements of the County <br /> and provide adequate drainage for the improvements <br /> (development) . The acceptance or approval by the County <br /> of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or <br /> his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an ade- <br /> quate drainage system. <br /> g. A preliminary soil report shall be required. <br /> h. Underground utilities are required. Public utility ease- <br /> ments shall be as required by the public utility companies. <br /> 3. Local Health District: <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Local Health District is <br /> required. <br /> b. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A <br /> percolation test on all lots under three acres, a ten-foot <br /> soil profile on Lots 1 and 8,, and a minimum sewage dispo- <br /> sal area on all lots are required for Local Health <br /> District approval. A permit for the percolation test from <br /> the Health District is required. <br /> 4 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to performing any <br /> excavation or filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1) . <br /> c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit. <br /> 5 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> A 10-foot-wide public utility easement shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision. <br />
