TRINKLE (C/O PAR REALTY) <br />Z <br /><T - - - <br />WHEREAS, on August 10, 1977, by Resolution DC -78-3. <br />the Development Committee of the of San Joaain dii <br />conditionally approve revised Tentative Map No. 5-77-12 of <br />CARL M. TRINKLE (c/o Par Realty), to subdivide 65.12 aeras into <br />a 37 lot rural residential subdivision, on the west side of <br />I-580 at Chrisman Road, south of Tracy; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 16, 1977, the Board of Supervisors <br />dial set the date of August 18, 1977, at the hour of 2:25 p.m., <br />for a public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board <br />of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, <br />notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br />oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of <br />or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being <br />advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br />visors that Revised Tentative Map No. 5-77-12 of CARL M. TRINK.LE <br />be, and it hereby is, approved, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. All improvements shall be in conformance <br />with the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Easements for utilities shall be as required <br />by P.G.&E., P.T.&T. and all other public utilities. The Pro- <br />visions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements to be approved by <br />San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to con- <br />
