In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Escalon-Bellota Road has 'an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, 1 <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915. 2) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application.
