Martin <br /> 2425 W. Gaffery Road, Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to Environmental <br /> Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3, <br /> 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> c. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> e. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
