As per manager,tacos and tortillas are received prepackaged, stored in the walk in cooler and on storage shelves by the prep <br /> and cooking area. Some tacos and tortillas are stored at the prep line at the cooking area to prepare orders. <br /> I inspected the prepackaged tacos and tortillas bags stored in the walk in cooler and the storage shelves in the back kitchen <br /> and I did not see any live cockroaches. I inspected the storage shelves under the microwaves, inside the microwaves and <br /> under the griddle, I did not see any cockroaches. I inspected the floor underneath the cooking equipment, underneath the <br /> prep tables in the prep area, underneath the storage shelves in the walk in cooler, I did not see any live or dead cockroaches. <br /> As per manager, pest control is serviced on monthly basis.
