The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for LOVOTTI INC as of August30, 2022. <br /> Open violations from April 12, 2022 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #7 - Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION The emergency response(ER) procedures were not submitted . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br /> release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> . immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> . evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa,ca,gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #8 = Failed to establish and electronically submit a reasonable or an adequate training program. <br /> OBSERVATION A training program has not been submitted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, <br /> shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> These training programs may take into consideration the position of each employee. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
