A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br />grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br />Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br />of earth material: <br />a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br />in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br />7006(1). <br />b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br />details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br />Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br />applicable. <br />C. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic <br />yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br />"Engineered Grading Requirements." <br />d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br />incorporated in the grading plans. <br />e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />f.
