The missing manifests are: <br /> -006902672BGF, ship date 10/27/2021 <br /> -006878470GBF, ship date 8/4/2021 <br /> -006692576GBF, ship date 5/3/2021 <br /> -006500319GBF, ship date 2/3/2021 <br /> -006510426GBF, ship date 11/24/2020 <br /> -006564341 GBF, ship date 7/9/2020 <br /> -006481970GBF, ship date 3/18/2020 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by getting the missing manifests from <br /> the DTSC website. No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -one 55-gallon drum of paper filters has an accumulation start date of 5/16/2019. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
