The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be <br /> retained at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2022 permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 203 CCR 2712(b)(1-2)Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. <br /> -2019 Monitoring System Certification <br /> -2020 Monitoring System Certification <br /> -2021 Monitoring System Certification <br /> -Overfill Prevention Test 7/26/2021 <br /> -Secondary Containment Test 6/9/2021 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years.
