Allen Wood is no longer the <br />primary emergency contact and also is no longer the environmental contact for this facility. Victor Lopez is now the <br />primary emergency contact and the environmental contact for this facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: 200 gallons of diesel and 1,000 gallons of propane were found on site were found on site that have <br />not been reported to CERS. The max daily amount for carbon dioxide is being reported at 3,000 pounds. The <br />50,000 pound bulk tank was not listed in the inventory. The max daily amount needs to be listed at 53,000 pounds <br />for carbon dioxide. The max daily amount for helium is being reported at 4,000 cubic feet. The 40,000 cubic feet of <br />bulk tanks of helium in the tank farm are not list on the inventory. The max daily amount for helium needs to be <br />listed at 44,000 cubic feet. The max daily amount for nitrogen is listed at 5,000 cubic feet. there is 14,400 cubic of <br />nitrogen on site.
