Page 2 <br /> SA-90-52 <br /> 7 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region . The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division . If the above ground <br /> holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material . <br /> You can obtain specific test requirements from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 8 . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 9 . If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain <br /> an EPA identification number and comply with applicable <br /> regulations . <br />
