Therefore, On behalf of the San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation please accept <br /> this correspondence as our testimony in this matter. <br /> The San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation would like to inquire, since no precedent yet <br /> exists under this new ordinance, if staff conferred with existing wineries of similar size to <br /> determine whether this is an appropriate declaration of need for the number of marketing <br /> events requested by this applicant? <br /> In reviewing this application, our organization is concerned with the use of a Sample <br /> Winery Or Wine Cellar Supplemental Information And Marketing Plan (attachment A) <br /> that references Winery/Wine Cellar Facility Rental Events. Section II. C.
