e <br /> 11.How frequently will the event occur? <br /> As a general rule, marketing events will occur on Saturdays. Occasionally an event may <br /> occur on a Friday or Sunday. There will rarely be more than one marketing event per <br /> week, and not more than 25 in a single year. <br /> 12. What is the estimated attendance (expressed as a numerical range and an average number): <br /> We anticipate that events will range from 50 to 120 in attendance. The average should be <br /> in the 80-110 range. <br /> 13. What are the anticipated hours of the event? <br /> Most events will be about 4 hours in length and begin_from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. They will <br /> conclude by 10:00 P.M. <br /> 14. Will there be amplified sound and will it be indoors, outdoors, or both? <br /> There may be amplified sound both indoors and outdoors depending on the nature of the <br /> marketing event. <br /> 15. Will this be a for profit or a nonprofit event? <br /> We anticipate that most marketing events will be profitable through the sale of wine and <br /> through other revenue sources. We will normally do 3-4 charity events each year.for the <br /> organizations like the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, The <br /> California Highway Patrol 1199 organization, Lodi Crime Stoppers, and other similar <br /> organizations. At times we will pour our wine for political_fundraisers. <br /> FOOD SERVICE FOR MARKETING EVENTS .Please describe the food service for each <br /> Marketing Event including: <br /> 16. What type of food will be served: <br /> All food will be catered. The most common type of food served is a salad, rolls,pasta, tri- <br /> tip and chicken. Other entree's are prime rib beef and steaks. At some events only hors d' <br /> oeuvres are served. <br /> 17.
