6. Will this be a for profit or a nonprofit event? <br /> Generally non-profit charitable events. <br /> FOOD SERVICE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. Please describe the food service for each Special <br /> Event including: <br /> 1. What type of food will be served; <br /> All food will be catered. Tlie most common type of food served is a salad, rolls, <br /> pasta, tri-tip and chicken. Other entree's are prime rib beef and steaks. At some <br /> events only hors d'oeuvres are served. <br /> 2. Will the food be prepared on-site or off-site; <br /> All_food will be prepared off-site by a caterer. <br /> 3. Are there any existing or proposed kitchen equipment and eating areas (Please indicate <br /> both indoor and outdoor assembly areas on the Improvement Plan site plan); <br /> and, <br /> There are no kitchen facilities existing or proposed. Harmony Wynelands provides <br /> dining areas. There are eating areas both inside and on the patio. <br /> 4. How many cases of wine will be available for sale at this event? <br /> We anticipate selling three to fibur cases per event for event consumption. An <br /> additional one to two cases purchased by guests. We plan to sell all of our wine that <br /> people want to purchase. We will have an ample supply. <br /> 5. What percent of wine served at the events will be from the host winery? Will other <br /> beverages be served? If so,what kind? What percent of beverages served at the event <br /> will be wine from the host winery? <br /> 100%of the wine sold at such events will be Harmony Wynelands wine. Soft drinks, <br /> sparkling cider, ice tea, coffee,punch and beer may also be served depending on the <br /> event.
