Weber Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202
SUBJECT: Winery Wastewater—"Will Serve" Letter
The City of Lodi has agreed to accept trucked-in winery process wastewater from
boutique and small wineries as defined by San Joaquin County Codes. Individual
wineries requesting service will need to complete an application which is being
developed by the City and their haulers will need to have a current City-issued permit.
Pricing, monitoring requirements, and scheduling requirements are still being developed.
However, while the application and specific polices are being developed, the City would
like to help expedite this project.
Please accept this letter as a "will serve" letter for the boutique winery, Harmony
Wynelands, 9291 East Harney Lane, Lodi.
Sincerely,
t
Richard C.
