The missing receipts include: <br /> -006105363GBF, ship date 2/24/2020,waste code 221 <br /> -003699969GBF, ship date 2/24/2020,waste code 223 <br /> -006527927GBF, ship date 7/21/2020,waste code 221 <br /> -003700214GBF, ship date 7/3/2019,waste code 221 <br /> -003701365GBF, ship date 11/18/2019,waste code 221 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by owner, a written statement was <br /> received during the inspection via email that manifests could not be located but will keep manifest records moving <br /> forward. No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 302 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to have all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility is not equipped with the following equipment: <br /> -Spill control equipment(absorbent material). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> All facilities shall be equipped with the following, unless it can be demonstrated to the Department that none of the <br /> hazards posed by waste handled at the facility could require a particular kind of equipment specified below: <br /> (a)an internal communications or alarm system capable of providing immediate emergency instruction (voice or <br /> signal)to facility personnel; <br /> (b)a device, such as a telephone (immediately available at the scene of operations)or a hand-held two-way radio, <br /> capable of summoning emergency assistance from local police departments,fire departments, or State or local <br /> emergency response teams; <br /> (c)portable fire extinguishers,fire control equipment(including special extinguishing equipment, such as that using <br /> foam, inert gas, or dry chemicals), spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment; and <br /> (d)water at adequate volume and pressure to supply water hose streams, or foam producing equipment, or <br /> automatic sprinklers, or water spray systems . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain the following equipment: spill control equipment(absorbent material). <br /> Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> FA0024924 PR0543831 SCO01 04/18/2022 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 4 of 6 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
