Drove to the site, SALINAS <br />knocked on the doors of both structures on the property but no one answered the <br />door. We left our business card at the doors. <br />04/2012021 Printed parcel viewer and permits plus and laser fiche. Currently, no permits pulled SALT <br />out. There is a well and the owner has an appointment with CDD to get the <br />necessary permits. <br />05118/2021 called Explained my call and said that he is living SALINAS <br />there and that he bought the house like that with no permits on the house. I <br />explained that it is the owner's responsibility to have all permit's in good order for <br />any additions or changes to the structures on the property. I stated that from our <br />end, we only look at substandard housing. The septic and electrical connections <br />need to be permitted as well as the changes to the structure. He stated that he <br />needed to connect the converted garage to a new septic system. I told him I would <br />have to red tag it since he is living there and start a housing case. He asked how <br />much time would we give him and I told him I would talk to my supervisor and <br />asked him about how much time would he need roughly, he did not know. 1 will <br />ask Scott tomorrow and agreed to give him a call at 8 am. <br />05/24/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. There have SUSZYCKI <br />been no recent permits taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer, <br />06129/2021 Reviewed and referred complaint to CDD CS -2101119.
