SAN JOAQUIN
COUNT Y--
gtiP'; Greatness grows here.
April 25, 2022
Chester Martin
10800 E. The SSNL reports a nitrate -loading estimate for the existing and proposed OWTS of 12.33 mg/L of
NO3-N (Nitrate as Nitrogen); the maximum contamination level for NO3-N in groundwater is 10.0 mg/L
set by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. An oversized septic tank is required
for the proposed OWTS to increase removal of Total -Nitrogen in the liquid waste (Onsite Nitrogen
removal, Oakley, page 12).
b. Percolation test conducted on 25 March 2022 yields a percolation rate of 2.68 min/inch. At this rate
an 20' soil separation is required between bottom of dispersal field and the groundwater. Groundwater
is reported 25 feet to 30 feet below ground level. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2).
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham,
REHS, at agooderham@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3062.
7
f
jer— Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
CC: Advanced Geo, Inc.
837 Shaw Road,
Stockton, CA 95215
Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
1868 E.
