This letter is sent as a follow-up to our phone conversation on May, 4, <br />2022 regarding the Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate #C00054768 dated 3/22/2022. <br />As we discussed, this property is currently vacant and is in contract to be sold. The current closing <br />date is scheduled for July 25, 2022. The property is being purchased for the purpose of building <br />large scale distribution warehouses.
