(113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #39 Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Easily Visible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The thermometer inside the Cold Tech 2-dr prep cooler was not providing an accurate temperature. <br /> Temperature reading on the thermometer was reading 40 F but in actuality,the temperature was 53 F. Replace this <br /> thermometer with a new one and place it towards the front in an easily visible location to ensure the temperature is being <br /> monitored.
