Harney Lane, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submission of three (3) sets food facility construction plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to the <br /> beginning construction. (California Health & Safety Code 27550) <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply <br /> system(s); California Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> 4. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to <br /> the Environmental Health Division for approval. The plans must be <br /> designed by a Registered Engineer (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 5.
